Orders usually will be shipped out in 12-48 hours after payment received. Delivery by EMS, it usually takes 3-5 business days to arrive.

A tracking No. of the parcel will be sent to you after delivered, you may track it online.

 

Return & Exchange

Returns or exchanges are permitted, provided the customer purchased the product through website and it is within 5 days of the receiving date.

Shoes must be in original, unworn, dead stock ondition, with original packing. Dirty shoes will be returned to the customer, without evaluation.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
